2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TravAlarm, Inc. collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you visit supremowealth.com, use our AI-powered financial advisor chatbot, or otherwise interact with our Services. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Email address, full name, and password when you create an account.
  • Chat and Conversation Data: All messages you send to our AI advisor, including financial questions, goals, and profile answers (age range, financial situation, objectives).
  • Communications: Emails or messages you send us directly.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, click patterns, and chatbot interaction logs.
  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URLs.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: See Section 9 below.

3.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Authentication Providers: If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email address from Google.
  • Affiliate Networks: We may receive aggregated click and conversion data from affiliate partners (Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, etc.) to track referral performance. This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.
  • To provide, operate, and improve the SupremoWealth AI advisor chatbot and related features.
  • To personalize AI responses based on your stated financial profile and goals.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve our Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
  • To attribute affiliate referrals and calculate commissions (using anonymized click/conversion data).

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate financial information and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice.

Your conversation data (messages and responses) may be transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models.

We retain conversation logs to provide session continuity, improve our Service, and for internal analytics. Conversations are stored securely and are not sold to third parties.

6. Affiliate Relationship Disclosures

SupremoWealth participates in affiliate marketing programs. When our AI advisor recommends a financial product, tool, or service, we may earn a commission if you click a link and make a qualifying purchase or account registration. This does not affect the price you pay.

Affiliate programs we participate in include, but are not limited to: Impact Radius, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Awin, FlexOffers, and direct affiliate programs operated by individual companies.

We only recommend products we believe are genuinely useful. However, the presence of an affiliate relationship may influence which products are recommended. All material affiliate relationships are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines (16 C.F.R. § 255).

7. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure), Anthropic (AI model provider), Vercel / hosting providers, and email delivery services — all under written data processing agreements.
  • Affiliate Networks: Anonymized click and conversion data only, for commission tracking purposes.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights, the rights of users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: If TravAlarm, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our Site before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With Your Consent: For any purpose you expressly authorize.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active, plus a period of up to 3 years for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@supremowealth.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management (e.g., Supabase session tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking networks.

Affiliate links may set cookies via third-party affiliate networks to track referrals and attribute commissions. These cookies are governed by the respective affiliate network's privacy policy.

You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair Site functionality.

10. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to: (a) know what personal information is collected and how it is used; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (d) non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@supremowealth.com.

EEA/UK Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Our legal basis for processing is performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests. To exercise your rights, contact privacy@supremowealth.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

11. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest (via Supabase), row-level security policies, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We will notify affected users of any data breach as required by applicable law.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact privacy@supremowealth.com.

13. International Data Transfers

TravAlarm, Inc. is based in the United States. If you access our Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
